This healthy english muffin with avocado is the easiest snack to hit your fiber goals, support your gut health, and stay full.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 whole wheat english muffin
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp hemp hearts

Optional seasonings

  • pinch salt
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • squeeze lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Open your english muffin. If desired, toast it.
  • Using the back of a fork, mash avocado evenly on the two halves of your english muffin.
  • Top with hemp hearts and seasonings of choice. Enjoy immediately!
