Pour into popsicle molds so they're almost full. Add popsicle sticks and prepare for the freezer.
Freeze for a minimum of 6-hours or overnight. When you're ready to eat, remove popsicles from their molds and enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Keep your fruit smoothie popsicles in molds in the freezer for up to three months. Or, remove them from the molds once they're frozen and store in a sealed freezer-safe bag to minimize air exposure and keep them fresh longer. Remove them from the freezer right before eating.Flavor combinations: Swap different fruits, yogurts, juices, or sweeteners. The possibilities are endless, but here are some combinations to try:
Tropical banana: Frozen banana and pineapple, vanilla Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey. Add a splash of coconut milk if you have it on hand.
Mango berry: Frozen mango and mixed berries, vanilla Greek yogurt, apple juice, and maple syrup. Stir in a spoonful of chia seeds for extra fiber if you like.
Strawberry peach: Frozen strawberries and peaches, vanilla Greek yogurt, white grape juice, and honey. A squeeze of fresh lime juice brightens the flavor.
Blueberry spinach: Frozen blueberries and a handful of spinach, plain Greek yogurt, apple juice, and maple syrup.
