- 1 large avocado ripe
- ¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
- ¼ lime juiced
- 2 Tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Scoop the flesh from your avocado and add it to a medium bowl. Use the back of a fork to mash your avocado until it’s mostly smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined and smooth.
Taste your guacamole, and adjust salt or lime juice to taste.
