Guacamole With Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado ripe
  • ¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ lime juiced
  • 2 Tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Scoop the flesh from your avocado and add it to a medium bowl. Use the back of a fork to mash your avocado until it’s mostly smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined and smooth.
  • Taste your guacamole, and adjust salt or lime juice to taste.
