Servings: 8
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp freeze dried chives more if desired
- 1/4 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice optional
- 2-3 Tbsp water or milk optional, see instructions
Combine ingredients: add all ingredients except water or milk to a bowl and gently stir to combine. Mix until spices are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
Thin if needed: if desired, add water or milk, 1 tbsp at a time until ranch has reached desired consistency. For a dip, I’d recommend keeping the mixture thick and scoop-able. For a salad dressing, add 2-3 tbsp of liquid.
