Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp freeze dried chives more if desired
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice optional
  • 2-3 Tbsp water or milk optional, see instructions

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients: add all ingredients except water or milk to a bowl and gently stir to combine. Mix until spices are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
  • Thin if needed: if desired, add water or milk, 1 tbsp at a time until ranch has reached desired consistency. For a dip, I’d recommend keeping the mixture thick and scoop-able. For a salad dressing, add 2-3 tbsp of liquid.
