- ½ cup large flake oats
- ½ cup milk I prefer 0% high-protein milk like Fairlife
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp nutella
- 1-2 tsp cocoa powder adjust to taste
- pinch salt
Topping Ideas
- sliced strawberries (my favorite), fresh berries, sliced banana, more Nutella, crushed nuts
In a mason jar or food storage container with a secure lid, combine all ingredients. Stir with a spoon until well combined. Taste, and adjust cocoa powder as desired -- I like the full 2 teaspoons for a richer chocolate flavor.
Secure lid on mason jar or container and place oats in fridge. Remove from fridge and transfer to bowl before serving. Add toppings and enjoy!
