Salsa Ranch Dressing (High Protein)

Yield: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
A high protein dip with only 3-ingredients. Salsa ranch dressing is the perfect healthy pairing for vegetables or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt, I use 2%
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 28-gram packet dry ranch seasoning, about 2 Tbsp
  • squeeze fresh lime juice, optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix until well combined. If you want your salsa ranch dressing totally smooth, use an immersion blender.
  • Serve with veggies and chips of choice. Enjoy!

Notes

Taste your salsa after mixing it, and adjust as needed! The perfect ratio depends on the brands you're using, so don't be afraid to taste and tweak.
