- 1 large high fiber tortilla or wrap
- 1 laughing cow cheese wedges or 2 Tbsp light cream cheese
- elote seasoning or seasoning of choice
- 2 Tbsp crispy onions
- 1/4 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar or other cheese
- 3 oz deli turkey slices
- handful baby spinach
Place tortilla on a cutting board.
Spread laughing cow cheese evenly over the tortilla.
Add elote seasoning and crumbled crispy onions, reaching the edges.
Sprinkle with an even layer of cheese.
Layer turkey slices gently over the cheese, reaching the edges.
Add spinach.
