Ingredients

  • 1 large high fiber tortilla or wrap
  • 1 laughing cow cheese wedges or 2 Tbsp light cream cheese
  • elote seasoning or seasoning of choice
  • 2 Tbsp crispy onions
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar or other cheese
  • 3 oz deli turkey slices
  • handful baby spinach

Instructions

  • Place tortilla on a cutting board.
  • Spread laughing cow cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  • Add elote seasoning and crumbled crispy onions, reaching the edges.
  • Sprinkle with an even layer of cheese.
  • Layer turkey slices gently over the cheese, reaching the edges.
  • Add spinach.
  • Tightly roll your tortilla, then slice into pinwheels. Serve and enjoy!
