I can’t wait to make this! How many ounces of cooked chicken do you recommend for this recipe? Rotisserie chickens vary so much in size. Thanks!
About 4 cups of chopped cooked chicken! But if it’s a little more or less, just adjust the yogurt/mayo 🙂 It’s meant to be a flexible recipe!
I just made some using 1 cup of chicken and adjusted the remaining ingredients more or less accordingly, and it is amazing!! I didn’t have turkey bacon so I used some bacon bits. This chicken salad is so good!
Amazing! I’m so glad you liked it!
Best chicken salad ever!
